Tour Conditions

Payment- To confirm your tour and lock in the price, for tours booked more than 90 days from departure, a 50% deposit of the tour price will be required. For tours beginning less than 90 days from the time of purchase, the tour will need to be paid in full.

Cancellation and refunds - For any tours that the customer decides to cancel outside of 90 days, Czech Tours will NOT refund the 50% deposit. Any tour cancelled by the customer within 90 days of the tour date will NOT be refunded. In the rare occasion necessary Czech Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour, the entire tour price will be refunded to the customer.
